 A GATHERING OF 18 LEADERS, FOUNDERS &

WAVE-MAKERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

WHERE SOCIAL INNOVATION & creativity MEET THE SEA.

We're really curious about what it means to be a good leader, and how to do good better. We love to explore how we might build a global community of exceptional, passionate wave-makers who inspire and empower each other to create a more beautiful world.

Explore with us how we use surfing as an immersive and experiential journey for how to do good better at the World Surfing Reserve in Ericeira, Portugal this October.

Join us for 3 1/2 days by the sea, on a thoughtfully curated, peer-driven learning journey with a diverse mix of individuals from business, public and social worlds who share our values for social good.

PROGRAMME

No lectures. No pitching. No distractions.

This is a unique opportunity to explore, share, create, collaborate in a playful environment through an immersive and experiential learning process. A process that creates the space & energy to dive deep on doing good better.

Through our 3-part wave-maker program we share the positive impact of leaning into what we love in order to help others, we explore what happens when we think and act with open minds and hearts, and what it takes to create a future where "social good" isn't just an add-on.

We understand that change doesn't happen overnight, and that it requires more than passion alone. We believe it takes grace, grit and gratitude.

3 DAYS - 3 WAVES TO RIDE

Day 1 //  Grace // Flow, mindfulness, presence, leadership without ego, trust, vulnerability.

Day 2 // Grit // Hustle,  impact zone, doing the hard work, risk-taking, entrepreneurial smarts.

Day 3 //  Gratitude //  Doing good, making impact, creating connection, building kindness into your work.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We create time for you to... Play in the ocean.  Be in nature. Unwind. Think big.  Eat amazing local food. Share ideas. Make plans. Stretch. Grow.

A world where we are connected to what matters most (in a conscious, intentional way), and are able to let go of what no longer serves us.

Understand  how to do good better.

Learn how to move from idea to impact.

Explore how translating the values of surfing for how we live and lead everyday.

We support you throughout your journey - not just at our event, for example with community and network support, peer coaching, mentoring.

Feel connected, present/grounded, cared for, (pleasantly) surprised, inspired to act. Confident enough to share your own truth and tell your story.

a plan and not quite enough time.

"No matter how much you try to read what’s coming in, there will be times where you blink and find yourself seconds away from an epic tube. Don’t ask why you never saw it coming, just get on your feet and ride. Same thing in business. Plan well, but don’t allow your plan to become your master."

"

I’m always working on everything constantly. I never take the approach that I’m doing as well as I possibly can… I always think there’s more and I think if you don’t have that, you are not driven to be better.
